Hey all I hope your week is going well and you are looking forward to the weekend.  I just wanted to remind you all of some announcements from last night.

Don’t forget to encourage your teenager to give money for our sponsor child David.  Every teenager would only need to bring in about $2 per month for us to support David entirely each month.  I don’t believe this is a lot of money but we seem to have problems in getting it.  This could be a great opportunity to discuss finances, wants versus needs, giving to God, and other like topics as a family.

If your teenager is going on retreat with us please make sure they are here no later than 6:15 on Friday (tomorrow).  We will be leaving at 6:30pm sharp to head to Camp Kirkwood.  Your teenager needs to eat a good meal prior to coming as we won’t be eating until Saturday breakfast.  Their medical form, if I don’t have one, and the remainder of their money is due when they get here on Friday.

On November 25 there will not be normal Lifeline but instead a Thanksgiving Service with FBC and St. Clair Avenue Baptist Church here at FBC.

If you are not apart, and wish to be a part, of our text blast please let me know and I will send you the information necessary so you can receive important CREW news via text message right to your phone.  There will probably only 2-4 texts per month.  Also let your teenager know and they can always text me for more information.

Lastly in an effort to better serve you I would like to know what the top 4 issues you face in your family currently.  I want to provide resources for you and possibly a gathering of parents in the upcoming year so you can discuss your issues with others and learn more about how to help each other.  Please let me know so I can serve you better.  As always if you need anything please let me know.  I am here for you and would love to serve you in any way possible.  Praying for you.
